If you are a middle-aged baby boomer, like I am, you probably believe that life is still full of possibilities, and you want choices and options as you age. Your children are close to leaving or have left the nest, retirement is no longer so far away, and your parents are nearing the end of their lives. I recently read in my local paper about the regret a columnist felt by not bringing her mother home from the hospital to die. She and her husband were both busy professionals and work demanded too much of their time. That column really touched me. When my parents reach the end of their lives, I want options.

I want to be free to do the things that really matter to me.

I want to hold my success lightly so I don’t choke its flow. I want confidence in my financial well-being so fears about money don’t hold me back. More than anything, I want time to spend with my loved ones. And I'd like to be of service in the world. Those are my current definitions of happiness.

I am a Life Coach, and I’d like to help you define your happiness and reach it. I really believe that we are meant to have the creative power over our own lives. I love the messages in the New York Times best selling book, Ask and It is Given, by Esther and Jerry Hicks. They say that there is a current of well-being flowing through the Universe and that in our natural state we are connected to this flow. Animals, nature and babies are connected, which means we all were once, and we can get back to the flow at any time.

The best way for us to connect to this flow of well-being is to choose thoughts that generate feelings of love and appreciation, no matter what is happening in the moment. The easiest way for us to disconnect is to push against anything, especially the present moment. The feelings of intuition and inspiration are this flow, moving through us.

As your coach I can help you trust your inner inspiration and live in this flow. Together we can expand your options and keep your success fresh. I am interested in your real power, which comes from a wisdom within you and serves you perfectly as you make decisions and determine your direction. I have learned that true power has something to do with love, appreciation, positivity and a sense of our connection to the Universal whole.
